PWR 91CW: Seeing is Believing - The Power of Persuasive Data Stories

You will study and practice techniques and rhetorics of data visualization based on principles of rhetorical history, visual rhetorics and graphic design as well as cognitive science, design thinking, and other disciplines that inform critical conversations around information display and data visualization.

After studying ethnofuturist rhetors, you will draw upon your own personal and disciplinary interests to select a racial justice issue that you would like to research in greater depth and create your own work of ethnofuturism that explores the future possibilities and outcomes of this issue.
